1. ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select the size, complete your purchase, and choose your preferred payment method. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major local payment methods in the UAE.

Do you deliver outside of Dubai?
Yes! We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates.

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
  • Other emirates: 3–5 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email or WhatsApp.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately after completing your purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is the return or exchange period?
You have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, as long as the product is unused and all tags are intact.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged, except if faulty.

How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@moveyoursass.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

3. SIZING & FIT

How do I know my size?
Check our size chart available on every product page. If you’re still unsure, reach out to our customer support for tailored advice!

Are your sizes Brazilian or international?
Our pieces are designed in Brazil but follow a fit that values real women’s bodies, with comfort and a premium feel.

4. CARE & QUALITY

How should I care for my Move Your Sass pieces?

  • Hand wash or use a delicate cycle
  • Use cold water and mild detergent
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener
  • Hang to dry in the shade
  • Do not iron directly on the fabric

Will the fabric fade or pill?
No! We select premium fabrics for maximum durability and vibrant color, wash after wash.

5. AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

How does the program work?
Sign up, tell us about yourself, your audience, and your vibe. If approved, you’ll receive a personalized link, discount code, access to exclusive events, and rewards.

Do I need a large following?
No! We value authenticity and real engagement.

How long does it take to get approved?
Up to 7 business days after you submit your application.
