Returns & Exchanges

In line with UAE Consumer Protection Law:

• You have the right to return Products within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Exchanges are allowed for size/color subject to stock availability.
• If the Product is defective or wrongly delivered, we will bear all shipping costs.
• If returned for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
